✅ You have 14 days to return any furniture piece after receiving it.

If your item is defective, damaged during delivery, does not function properly, does not match the description on our website, or is proven to be counterfeit, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt — at no extra cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days.

When returning a product, please ensure:

  • All accessories, labels, and manuals are intact.

  • The product is in its original packaging and the same condition as received.

  • Any included gifts or special accessories must also be returned.

Please note: Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products damaged by misuse (excluding shipping damage).

  • Products not in their original packaging.

  • Products missing any original parts or accessories.
