Business Days

Please note that the official business days at Okzan Furniture are from Saturday to Thursday. Fridays and official public holidays are non-working days for all Okzan Furniture staff.

Delivery Process

Okzan Furniture delivers your orders primarily through trusted third-party shipping partners to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time. Delivery methods aim to deliver within 15 to 45 days, depending on your location and the type of furniture ordered.

For urgent orders, please contact our customer service team — we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the registered delivery address you provide at checkout. If no one is available to receive the order, please contact our customer service team to reschedule. Okzan Furniture cannot guarantee more than three delivery attempts, and we are not responsible for orders delayed more than 7 days after the first attempted delivery.

Order Fulfillment

In-stock items are typically prepared for delivery within 3 working days. For custom or made-to-order pieces, the fulfillment time may vary, and you will receive an estimated production and delivery timeline when placing your order.

Delivery Cost

  • Calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected furniture pieces and delivery address.

  • For large custom orders or special handling requests, the final delivery fee will be confirmed and included in your total balance.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided once your order is confirmed. Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. Delivery timelines are for guidance only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we aim to fulfill and ship your order within the specified timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the chosen delivery method, and carrier practices.

To view the shipping cost for your order, simply add your furniture pieces to your cart and proceed to checkout — all shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your order.
